The food is Memphis-style with a dash of home cooking inspiration. It’s a pub style grub that offers three kinds of ribs: babybacks, spare ribs and beef short ribs as well as beef brisket, pulled pork, and BBQ chicken and pulled chicken. Being that it’s a BBQ joint, it’s primarily decorated from flea market items that would be found in the south.
